About the Enclave Estates Homeowners Association

Enclave Estates is town home community of 36 paired homes developed by Classic Homes, a local Colorado Springs developer, starting in 1999.  The community is located at the corner of Broadmoor Bluffs Drive and Farthing Drive.  The community is south of the 5-star Broadmoor Resort on the side of Cheyenne Mountain.  It is also south of the Country Club of Colorado & Cheyenne Mountain Resort which feature their own golf course, lake, and aquatic, tennis, and fitness facilities.  The community is conveniently located just south of downtown Colorado Springs and near I-25, CO-115, Ft. Carson & NORAD.  The community is serviced by major shopping and entertainment facilities like the Broadmoor Town Center, World Arena, and several smaller shopping areas.  The new Cheyenne Mountain State Park is located just south of our community.  We are blessed with lots of open space, local parks, elementary schools, and places to walk & bike.

The Enclave Estates Homeowners Association was formed in 1999 to maintain the covenants of the community and manage the common property and outside of our homes.   Homeowners in the community are required to be part of the Enclave Estates HOA.

Enclave Estates is run by a board of directors elected by the homeowners at an annual meeting each year.  Our property is managed by Z&R Property Management, a professional property management company retained by the board.
